It should be read in conjunction with the SimplyCredit Terms and Conditions as read by our professional telesales consultants. In the terms and conditions stated here, whenever we use “us”, “we” and “our”, it refers DBN BPO Pty Ltd and “you” and “your” refers to anyone who uses the Simply Credit product or network. If you violate any of the terms mentioned herein, your right to access and use this website shall be terminated immediately.

SERVICE POLICY

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
DBN BPO Pty Ltd is a business in the Lead Generation industry that offer an independent online service that allows you to compare loans, provided by third parties. If client do not qualify for their loans, we then assist with Debt Consolidation or Debt Mediation ensuring clients that qualify have more disposal income by reducing their bills by up to 40%-60% (Provided by third parties). We additionally allow you to get assistance and help offline (such as over the telephone) on using this website either from us or from a third party related to our offered products or services.

Please bear in mind that nothing on this website is, or shall be deemed to represent, a proposal by us or any third party to sell to you any product or service or to enter into any contract with you in respect to any product or service. By giving us your details, you are making a proposal to get the relevant product or service from the relevant third party based on its terms and conditions.

We aim to give you uninterrupted access to the current website. However, we cannot assure you of uninterrupted availability of this website. We have the right to suspend, limit or terminate your access to the current website at any time.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within two (2) working days and delivery confirmed by way of telephonic contact.

3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by DBN BPO Pty Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, DBN BPO Pty Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 50% administration fee.

5. Customer Privacy policy
DBN BPO Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal
information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the DBN BPO Pty Ltd bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for DBN BPO Pty Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by DBN BPO Pty Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
DBN BPO Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and DBN BPO Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 28 Mona Road, Durban, 4000.

12. Variation
DBN BPO Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
